All sales are final.  No returns or refunds are accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at candeoshop@outlook.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.  All sales are final.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges.  All sales are final.

Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not make refunds.  If neccesary, a store credit will be given.
